Following are Personal Self Care Precautions for safety. These are the recommendations from Fraser Health Board as well as requirements from BC Health.

PLEASE WEAR A MASK WHEN YOU COME IN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
NO HAND SHAKING. Washing or sanitizing hands prior to service.
We will maintain reasonable physical distancing as much as possible as per the service requirement and use a non-medical mask or face covering in situations masks to reduce the spread through individuals coughing, sneezing, or close interpersonal contact; manage or eliminate waiting areas where reasonable physical distancing cannot be consistently maintained.
Avoid touching one’s face; respiratory etiquette; disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
If you have the symptoms of a cold, flu, or Covid-19 including a cough, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, fatigue you must stay at home.
A further consideration are the extra precautions individuals should consider if they are at increased risk of a more severe illness because they are over 60 years old, or if they have compromised immune systems or underlying chronic medical conditions.
Require and sustain higher levels of frequent cleaning of “high touch” areas in workplaces
